Easy Cheesy Penny Panko Meatballs

Looking for an easy appetizer or fun addition to your weekly pasta night? Whip up a batch of Easy Cheesy Penny Panko Meatballs!

Bonus: these keep well in the freezer, too!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Penny Panko
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey (not too lean)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • black pepper to taste

 

    1. Buzz penny panko in a blender/food processor for a finer consistency. Then mix Penny Panko and milk in a medium bowl. Let it stand 10-15 minutes.

    2. Heat oven to 350°F.

    3. Combine ground beef or turkey, salt, and pepper to the Panko mixture and mix just until blended. Shape into 36 meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter. Place in single layer on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.

    4. Bake for 20 minutes or until done (160°F).
