🔥 Pre-heat oven to 375 Fahrenheit
🧅 1c diced white onion
🐖 1 lb Neese's Sausage (we love the hot 🔥)
🧀 2c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
🥄 1c Flour
💫 1c Penny Panko
🧂 1 tablespoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
🌿1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
🥚 1 egg


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray
  • Add the pork sausage, flour, and penny panko to a large bowl. Using your hands, combine the mixture together as much as possible
  • Add the shredded cheddar, minced onion, Italian seasoning, and fresh ground black pepper then mix it all together.
  • Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized balls (or use a small scoop) and place them on the prepared baking sheet with about 1-inch space between the balls
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through
  • Enjoy now or freeze for later!
