Shipping Policy
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship in 3 - 4 business days. If products are delayed, it will be noted in the product title. You will receive a tracking number via email or text once your order ships.
Ground shipments are sent via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Orders are in transit business days only. For shipping or order-related questions, please email hello@piedmontpennies.com
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because we are a food product, we do not accept product returns or exchanges. All orders are considered final sale.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@piedmontpennies.com and we will be happy to assist. Please note that our customer service is available 9am - 5pm EST, Monday - Friday.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, CAN I UPDATE THIS?
Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Please email hello@piedmontpennies.com with your order number and correct address as soon as possible. We will try our best to update your address if your package has not been processed for shipping.
If your package has been processed for shipping, you will be able to manage your order and arrange delivery to another location on UPS.com or FedEx.com once your shipment begins tracking.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Due to increased order volume, we do not currently offer expedited shipping.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We don’t ship internationally (yet), but coming soon!
