The work continues in the kitchen... Prepping for the holidays, jamming to the Talking Heads, and celebrating our team over lunch (Mexican preferably, our fav). We have a lot to be grateful for!

P.S. Each newsletter I give a shout out to a Penny Pal. This one is for my Momma, Wanda (far right).

Wanda has always been a Penny Pal. Growing up, she'd buy the ingredients, clean the kitchen, help my Dad and I pack Pennies in cellophane bags and write gift tags (gifted with good handwriting and bow tying skills).

Today, she makes deliveries, calms me when I'm stressed, gives business advice, and invites all her friends to our Penny Pickup parties. I get my work ethic and fiery personality from her ;) She reminds me that quality and taking care of Penny Pals is the reason we are here (truth). I love you, Mom!
