WHAT ARE PENNIES' SHELF LIFE?

Pennies are made of 7 ingredients with no added preservatives. They have a 6 month shelf life from the packaging, and you can find this date on the bottom of the container. Once opened, consume within 2 weeks. Store in an airtight bag in a cool, dry location. Toast on 175 Fahrenheit for 3 minutes for optimal crunch.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship in 2 - 3 business days. Due to the impact of COVID-19 and other supply chain delays, some products may ship up to 5 - 7 business days after the order is placed. When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number.

Ground shipments are sent UPS. Orders are in transit business days only. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on products. All orders are considered final sale. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@piedmontpennies.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that our customer service is available 9 am - 5 pm EST Monday - Friday.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, HOW CAN I UPDATE THIS?

Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Please email hello@piedmontpennies.com with your order number and correct address as soon as possible. We will try our best to update your address if your package has not been processed for shipping.

If your package has been processed for shipping, you will be able to manage your order and arrange delivery to another location on UPS.com once your shipment begins tracking.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Due to increased order volume, we do not currently offer expedited shipping.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We don’t ship internationally (yet), but coming soon!

CAN I PERSONALIZE MY ORDER?

When ordering, type your note to your recipient in the box on the product page, then add to cart. For adding sticker toppers for wedding and corporate event orders, please email hello@piedmontpennies.com
