WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship in 2 - 4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email or text once your order ships (please check spam/junk folders for notifications, it will arrive from hello@piedmontpennies.com).
Ground shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx or USPS. For shipping or order-related questions, please email kitchen@piedmontpennies.com.

CAN I PICK UP MY ONLINE ORDER?
Yes! We offer free pick up from 640 Matthews-Mint Hill Rd, Suite E, Matthews, NC. Our hours vary, so please email hello@piedmontpennies.com for more info.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
As a food product, we do not accept product returns or exchanges. All orders are considered final sale. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@piedmontpennies.com and we will be happy to assist. Please note that our customer service is available 10am - 4pm EST, Monday - Friday.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, CAN I UPDATE THIS?
Please email kitchen@piedmontpennies.com with your order number and correct address as soon as possible.
We will try our best to update your address if your package has not been processed for shipping.Â

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Please choose the quickest shipping option at checkout. Email kitchen@piedmontpennies.com if your order should be rushed delivery, and we will invoice you the shipping cost difference.

ORDERINGÂ HOLIDAYS GIFTS?
September - December is the busiest time for Piedmont Pennies. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible, and adding a note for the date you’d like it shipped. You may also email hello@piedmontpennies.com with your order number and requested ship date.
Our last day to guarantee shipping delivery before Christmas Day is 12/15. Orders placed after 12/15 will require expedited shipping. Our last day for all 2025 orders is December 20th. Orders placed after 12/20 will be fulfilled in January.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?
Pennies have a 1-year shelf life. You can find the date on the seal or the bottom of the container. Once opened, consume within 2 weeks or freeze them for up to three months. Store in an airtight bag in a cool, dry location. For reheating, toast on 375 Fahrenheit for three minutes for the optimal crunch.
