Simple Masters Golf Tournament Menu

As we gear up for Spring and The Masters Tournament week, we wanted to share with you four delicious and easy-to-make recipes to tee off the season in style.

We know you'll find them helpful and tasty! 

 

 

Azalea Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1oz lemon juice or lemonade.
  • 2oz pineapple juice.
  • 2oz gin or vodka.
  • Splash of grenadine.
  • Add ice and stir gently.
Strain over a glass of ice, garnish with lemon, and voila! You're all set to enjoy a delightful beverage. Cheers!

    Banana Pudding 

    Ingredients:

    • 2-3 bananas cut in to bite size pieces.
    • 1 packet of instant vanilla pudding.
    • 2 cups of cold milk.
    • Vanilla wafers or Biscoff cookies.
    • Cool whip.

    First, grab a bowl and add one packet of instant pudding with 2 cups of cold milk. Mix well until combined, and then set it in the fridge to chill.

    Take a deep baking dish and line the bottom with vanilla wafers. Add in enough bananas to cover the wafers, then spread a portion of the pudding on top, enough to cover the surface. Next, spread a layer of Cool Whip on top.

    Repeat these steps for as many layers as you’d like. Once you're finished, top with more vanilla wafers and place it in the fridge to chill overnight. Now your delicious banana pudding is ready to serve!

     

    Green Jacket Salad 

    Ingredients:

    • 3/4 cup of chopped green onion.
    • 1/4 cup of parsley.
    • 1 1/2 cups of cherry tomatoes.
    • Three heads of Romain lettuce (Or any greens of your choice).
    • 1 cup of Penny Panko Cheesy breadcrumbs
    • 1/2 cup of parmesan

    Salad dressing ingredients:

    • 1/3 cup of red wine vinegar.
    • 1/2 cup of olive oil.
    • 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano or Italian seasoning.
    • 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
    • Mix well and set aside.

    To make the salad, take a large bowl and adding your favorite greens. Then, throw in 3/4 cup of chopped green onions, 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, cherry tomatoes, penny panko, and Parmesan cheese. Finally, drizzle the dressing over the top, give it a good toss, and it's ready to serve! Enjoy!

     

    Chicken Salad Sandwiches

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken.
    • 1 cup of celery.
    • 1 cup of mayo.
    • 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
    • Sandwich buns.
    • Half a cup of diced onion (optional).

    Combine your shredded chicken with one cup of celery, one cup of mayo, half a cup of onion (this is optional), and salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well, then place the salad onto buns. And you’re done!
