WHAT THE SHELF LIFE?
Pennies have a 6-month shelf life. You can find this date on the bottom of the container. Once opened, consume within 2 weeks or freeze. Store in an airtight bag in a cool, dry location. Toast on 375 Fahrenheit for 3 minutes for the optimal crunch.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship in 2 - 4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email or text once your order ships.
Ground shipments are sent via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Orders are in transit business days only. For shipping or order-related questions, please email email@example.com
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because we are a food product, we do not accept product returns or exchanges. All orders are considered final sale.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, CAN I UPDATE THIS?
Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Please email email@example.com with your order number and correct address as soon as possible. We will try our best to update your address if your package has not been processed for shipping.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Due to increased order volume, we do not currently offer expedited shipping. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if your order should be rushed delivery.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We don’t ship internationally (yet!).
CAN I PERSONALIZE MY ORDER?
When ordering, add items to cart, and type a note to your recipient in the shopping cart page.
