    What is your minimum order?

    No minimums! If you'd like to customize your order with a logo/label, we require a minimum of 60 pieces.

    What's your lead time?

    We have a 1 week lead time to ship. Customized orders (logo or custom note) require 2 weeks. Email hello@piedmontpennies.com if you have a tight timeline.

    How do you ship/deliver?

    We ship FedEx Ground directly to your recipient list or in bulk to you. We also offer free pickup at our distribution center and $10 local delivery in Charlotte, NC.

    How can I customize my order?

    To customize your order, add a logo/label/sticker, a custom note/shipment insert. 60 piece minimum.

    For pieces 1000+, we can customize your Penny Pouch with your logo / design. Please email hello@piedmontpennies.com to inquire more info.

    How do you accept payment?

    We accept all major credit cards (we will send an invoice link) as well as ACH transfer or a check in the mail. Email hello@piedmontpennies.com for more details.
