My sister Katie's mother-in-law Carol, affectionately known as "Zanny" to the grandkids, makes a killer mimosa. It's always a good time when we're invited over for brunch or dinner at Katie's house in Greensboro, NC. The drinks are flowing, the Pennies are being eaten, and the kids are running around - or in this case... playing harmonica lol.

Here's Zanny's recipe for the refreshing mimosa our family adores... It's as easy to remember as 1:2:3...

St-Germain Elderflower Mimosa
Ingredients (1 drink)
- 1 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 2 oz fresh orange juice
- 3 oz Prosecco (chilled)
- Orange slice or twist (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Add St-Germain to a chilled champagne flute.
- Pour in the fresh orange juice.
- Top with chilled Prosecco (or champagne if you're fancy) slowly so it keeps its bubbles.
- Gently stir once if needed.
- Garnish with an orange slice or twist.

Quick Ratio to Remember
1 part St-Germain : 2 parts orange juice : 3 parts Prosecco
Tips
- Use fresh-squeezed OJ for the best flavor (I love Whole Foods or The Fresh Market's OJ)
- Make sure everything is well chilled so the drink stays crisp.
- If you want it lighter, add a splash more Prosecco and a little less OJ.

Brunch Pitcher Version (6 servings)
- 6 oz St-Germain
- 12 oz fresh orange juice
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Prosecco
Add St-Germain and OJ to the pitcher first, then pour in Prosecco right before serving.🍊🥂
Enjoy & Stay Cheesin!
