Ordering & Freshness

How fresh are your products?
We bake Pennies fresh weekly in small batches from our Matthews, NC, facility. For the best flavor and texture, we recommend enjoying them within 2 weeks of opening the bag—though they rarely last that long!

Do your snacks contain preservatives?
No! We focus on simple, quality ingredients and avoid unnecessary additives whenever possible. We use natural rosemary extract to preserve the crackers.

Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States, delivering North Carolina made snacks and gifts straight to your door.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within a few business days. Most arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the recipient's location.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Shipping for Weddings, Events & Corporate Orders

When should I order for weddings or large events?
For wedding guest gift bags, party favors, or corporate gifting, we recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks in advance to make sure everything arrives right on time. You can access our bulk discount for small pouches here. If you need less than 100 pouches, you may add them here.

Can you ship directly to a venue or office?
